Fifteen years later, we have more than 100 restaurants across France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Italy, with queues of customers forming before we even open.

We are now bringing our proven concept to the UK, which is why we are seeking new partners who have the appetite for a genuinely different food concept, the experience to scale it across multiple sites, and the personality to embrace a brand that does things its own way. We take a flexible approach to partnership structures, which will be shaped around the right investor, but the expectation in every case is the same: a serious, long-term commitment to building a meaningful Bagelstein presence across a defined UK territory.
