Fifteen years of expanding Bagelstein across four countries has made one thing consistently clear: the quality of the partner determines the quality of the outcome. We are looking for a small number of investors who understand the brand, have the capability to scale it, and have the conviction to represent it properly.

You think in networks, not units

We are not here to sell a single store to someone who wants to test the water. We are looking for partners who have already decided they want to build something at scale and are already thinking 5-10 years ahead to what a well-developed multi-unit network across their own region.

We structure partnerships around the right investor, but in every case the expectation is the same: a multi-site commitment across a defined territory, built over a realistic but ambitious timeline.

Experience with people & food

Previous experience of running or owning a business in foodservice, hospitality, multi-site retail, or consumer-facing businesses is highly desirable.

You need to be someone who has a genuine understanding of what it takes to deliver a consistent customer experience across multiple sites, and the operational expertise to do it.

You have sufficient capital

Establishing a new brand in a new market requires genuine investment in sites, fit-outs, staffing, marketing, and the time required to build consumer awareness.

We are looking for partners who have the capital to invest at the scale required, who have invested at comparable scale before, and understand what that commitment actually involves.
