A model that works across a wide range of locations. The full café format (80–150m²) delivers the complete Bagelstein experience for high streets, shopping centres, and leisure destinations. The express format (30–80m²) is built for travel hubs and campus environments where footfall is high and dwell time is short. Kiosk and concession formats cover transport hubs and events.
